Mon Perin stretches across an unusually long 9.5 km of coastline between Bale and Rovinj, divided into two main zones — San Polo (closer to Bale village and Bale Beach) and Colona (further north towards Rovinj). It is a full-service camping resort rather than a traditional campsite, with categories ranging from Comfort pitches up to Premium pitches with private jacuzzis, plus a wide range of mobile-home and camping villa categories including beachfront villas with private pools.

The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, an adults-only wellness area with saltwater pool and spa treatments, a fitness centre, four restaurants (Mol Picio, San Pol, Porto Bus and Saltwater Oasis), a free water park, tennis courts, an on-site dive centre, windsurfing and sailing, a dedicated dog agility park and pet-friendly beaches in both zones. The medieval hilltop town of Bale is a short walk inland — a quieter, more authentic alternative to Rovinj for evening strolls.
