Putevima Rovinjskih Delicija, the Rovinj Delicacies Trail, ran from April 7 to 16, 2026, offering an eno-gastro journey through the town's finest restaurants. Participating establishments prepared special multi-course menus showcasing traditional Rovinj and Istrian cuisine, paired with local wines, at attractive promotional prices.
Diners followed a trail of flavours through the old town and along the harbour, sampling dishes built around seasonal ingredients — fresh seafood from the Adriatic, wild asparagus, truffles, and Istrian olive oil. Each restaurant put its own creative spin on classic recipes, from hand-rolled fuži pasta with truffles to grilled fish prepared in the traditional Rovinj style.
The event has become a highlight of Rovinj's spring calendar, drawing food enthusiasts from across Croatia and beyond.
