Zlatni Rt (Golden Cape, Punta Corrente) is the main beach area of Rovinj's most beloved natural park — a protected forest of towering pines, cypress, and cedar trees along a dramatic rocky coastline. The beach holds a Blue Flag certification for water quality and facilities.
Beyond swimming, the park offers a unique attraction: a former stone quarry that has become a popular climbing rock, drawing sport climbers from across Europe. Shaded picnic areas and walking paths wind through the forest, and bars in the area provide refreshments.
The beach itself is a mix of pebble coves and rocky platforms, with full facilities including showers, toilets, sun lounger and parasol rental, restaurants, and water sports hire.
