About

Violi Fishing runs small-group fishing charters out of Rovinj, led by Mati — a local fisherman who has spent his life reading the Adriatic's reefs, wrecks and drop-offs, and who happens to be a professional chef too. Trips are built around you: gentle light-tackle fishing over the shallows for families and first-timers, reef and wreck sessions for dentex, amberjack and bluefish, or full offshore runs for tuna and albacore. Everything is on board — rods, reels, tackle, bait and lures — the fishing licence and fuel are covered, and your catch is cleaned and filleted before you step back onto the dock. Snacks and drinks are included, catch-and-release is always welcome, and the backdrop is the islands and clear water of the Rovinj archipelago. Up to four guests per trip.

Services

Half-day charter — from €400 (about 4 hours, at sunrise or sunset). Light-tackle and inshore fishing over reefs and shallows down to around 30 m — the relaxed option, and ideal for families, beginners and kids.

Full-day & big-game charter — from €800 (about 8 hours, from sunrise). Head offshore for tuna and albacore, or work the wrecks and reefs for dentex, amberjack, leerfish and bluefish. Bluefin tuna trips on request in season.

Custom & seasonal trips — on request. Winter squid, the August bluefish run, or a day tailored around exactly what you would like to catch.

The boat: a Beneteau Antares 600 with a Yamaha 115 HP engine, GPS, fish-finder, live-bait well, icebox and sound system — up to 4 guests.

Included: rods, reels, tackle, lures & bait · fishing licence · fuel · ice · snacks & drinks · cleaning and filleting of your catch. Catch-and-release welcome.

Pricing

Half day (~4 h): from €400 per charter. Full day / big game (~8 h): from €800 per charter. Up to 4 guests; the price is per boat, not per person. Bluefin tuna and seasonal trips on request. Everything is included — gear, bait, licence, fuel, ice, snacks and drinks, plus cleaning and filleting of your catch.
