Cisterna is one of the most secluded beaches on the Rovinj coast — a natural pebble and rocky shoreline south of Veštar, far from any tourist infrastructure. There's a bar nearby for basic refreshments, but otherwise it's just you, the rocks, and the sea.
The beach appeals to couples and adventure-seekers who don't mind the walk to get here. The reward is genuine solitude and some of the cleanest water on the coast. Bring everything you need — there are no loungers, parasols, or other services.
The nearby cove of Bačvice offers similar natural charm. Both are best reached by bicycle along the coastal path from Veštar.
