San Pelagio is a natural beach area between the Borik family beach to the north and Porton Biondi to the south. The coastline here is a mix of rocky plateaus for sunbathing and small pebble coves that offer easy entry to the water.
Facilities are basic — a bar and restaurant are nearby — but that's part of the charm. It's quieter than its neighbours and popular with locals who know the coast well. The swimming is excellent, with clear water and interesting rock formations beneath the surface.
The area is named after the small church of San Pelagio (Sveti Pelagije) nearby. It's a good choice for swimmers who want something more natural without venturing too far from town.
