Brasserie Adriatic occupies the ground floor of Hotel Adriatic, right on Rovinj's main square where the harbour meets the old town. The setting is stylish — contemporary design with Croatian art on the walls — but the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, more neighbourhood bistro than hotel restaurant.

The menu runs all day: a generous breakfast, Mediterranean lunch dishes, and a dinner menu that draws on French brasserie tradition filtered through Istrian ingredients. Fresh pasta, grilled fish, local cheeses, and seasonal salads are staples. The terrace on the square is one of the best people-watching spots in town.
