Blu (also known as Locanda Blu) has been a fixture of Rovinj's old town dining scene since 2010, tucked into a narrow street near the harbour. The interior is warm and intimate — stone walls, soft lighting, closely set tables — and the cooking is confident, focused seafood with Istrian accents.
