From roughly July to late September 2026, antiquarians, collectors and local artists set out their tables at Valdibora, the market square just outside the old town by the harbour. You will find old objects, vintage pieces, prints and the odd curio you did not know you wanted.

It runs every Thursday through the summer, and it is a morning affair. Come early, take your time, and treat it as much as people-watching as shopping. Half the fun is talking to the dealers about where a thing came from.

Since you are already at Valdibora, walk the few steps to the regular produce and fish market next door. Pick up some fruit or cheese, then wander back into the old town for a coffee.
