Design District Croatia takes over the former tobacco factory in Rovinj from 27 to 29 November 2026, open each day from 10:00 to 18:00. The building is worth the visit on its own: a long brick industrial hall a short walk from the old town, now one of the largest exhibition spaces on this coast.

What is inside is interiors, broadly read. Furniture and lighting make up the bulk of it, alongside textiles, wellness fittings and the smaller pieces that decide how a room actually feels. The people showing are mostly the ones who make or supply the work, which makes it a different proposition from a showroom: you can ask how something is built and who would install it.

It is aimed as much at owners furnishing an apartment or a small hotel as at architects and designers, which in Rovinj covers a lot of people.
